Name: William Augustus Bowles Museum & Historical Foundation Black-Tie Dinner
    Date: February 8, 2014
    Time: 7:00 PM - 7:00 PM CST
    Event Description:

This Black Tie function is meant to raise awareness of our Foundation and its goals and to provide a fun social event for the community.  The dinner offers choices of fish, chicken and beef.  The band music will enhance the dinner experience and provide for great dancing.  There are a few great live auction items including a 45rpm/cd combo juke box,  a resort stay with fabulous dinner for two and some surprises!  We invite all to this exciting community event - you do not need to be a member to attend.

The William Augustus Bowles MUSEUM & Historical Foundation was established for the purpose of building a first class Pirate Museum in the Ft. Walton Beach area.  The MUSEUM is to provide for the preservation of the pirate heritage of our area through an interactive educational experience in the MUSEUM.  Additionally it will bring more tourists to the area and provide an alternative to the beach experience for the tourists, especially during inclement weather.  Membership in the Foundation is available to all.   We have taken the first step toward our ultimate goal by completing the Mobile Pirate Museum that you will continue to see at schools and festivals along the Emerald Coast.
