Destin West Vacations and RV Resort on Okaloosa Island is looking to hire a customer service agent/front desk employee full time with possible opportunities for advancement within. This is 40 hr a week with benefits after 60 days. We are looking for strong goal-oriented people that strive to achieve more. We are looking to hire morning and evening shifts. Must be able to work weekends. Responsibilities for customer service agent/front desk : -- Answering the phone lines --Making reservations --Responding to emails and inquiries --Checking guests in and out --Managing the front entrance/lobby area --Show excellent customer service skills to assist the needs of visitors, vendors, and inbound callers.
