Fisher House of the Emerald Coast provides comfort homes for military members and their families while receiving medical care. We are seeking a part-time Administrative & Outreach Coordinator to support daily operations and community engagement.
• Maintain donor database and organizational records
• Support fundraising events and outreach activities
• Represent FHEC at community events and partner meetings
• Manage newsletters, donor communications, and digital engagement
• Provide administrative and executive support
• Experience with QuickBooks and donor databases preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Key Responsibilities
• Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting in QuickBooks• Maintain donor database and organizational records
• Support fundraising events and outreach activities
• Represent FHEC at community events and partner meetings

• Provide administrative and executive support
Qualifications
• 3+ years administrative, nonprofit, outreach, or fundraising experience• Experience with QuickBooks and donor databases preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Schedule & Compensation
• Part-time, 32 hours per week - remote work combined with in-field
• Flexible schedule with some evenings/weekends around events
• Hourly pay commensurate with experience, $22 - $25 per hour
• PTO and mileage reimbursement, should live within 30 minutes of Eglin AFB
