Barbara Britt has a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. She devoted 35 years to teaching and coaching high school students, during which she developed on of the largest leadership programs in the country. After retiring in 2013, she went to join the John C. Maxwell international speaking, training and coaching team, where she offers leadership, personal and professional development training for a variety of organizations. She conducted the Transformational Training for Paraguay and Costa Rica with the John Maxwell Company. Barbara is an active member in her local community of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. She has served as the Assistant Program Director for the Chamber’s Youth Entrepreneur Academy, a civilian Honorary Commander of the 505th at Hurlburt Field, the local Building Homes for Heros organization, Chairman of the Board for the Science Center, past Chair for Women Connect for the Chamber, and Programs Director for American Business Women. Barbara is currently on the Board for Fresh Start and is Chair of the Education Committee and on the Board for Distinguished Young Women.
