Pamela Anne is an Executive and Leadership Coach, Workshop Facilitator, and EAP Provider based on the Emerald Coast. Pamela's path into coaching began with her own. Facing a personal spiritual crisis, she found that the therapeutic community could not offer what she needed most: grounded tools and a clear direction forward. That experience became her calling. She has spent years since doing for others what she once needed for herself, helping people get from where they are to where they want to be.

With a background spanning life coaching, spiritual growth, addiction recovery, relationship support, and personal transformation, Pamela brings a rare depth to her work. Trained as a Heal Your Life® Coach and Workshop Facilitator and a Reiki Master Teacher, she blends practical coaching tools with mind-body principles to help clients identify the patterns keeping them stuck, soften self-criticism, and build realistic next steps that support lasting change. An avid learner committed to all things that support human growth and highest potential, Pamela continuously expands her knowledge and skills to bring the most effective tools to the people and organizations she serves. Her work is a strong fit for people navigating life transitions, burnout, relationship challenges, confidence building, boundaries, recovery support, and personal or professional reinvention.

Her work bridges personal and professional development in a way that few coaches can. Through private coaching, group workshops, retreats, and leadership-focused facilitation, she helps clients strengthen self-trust, improve communication, navigate transitions, and reconnect with what matters most.

As a direct EAP Provider, Pamela contracts with local employers to bring meaningful support into the workplace. Her EAP services include short-term coaching and counseling for employees navigating personal or professional challenges, crisis support for individuals and teams facing unexpected disruption, workplace wellness workshops designed to strengthen communication, resilience, and overall wellbeing, and referral services that connect employees with the right resources when additional support is needed.

Pamela believes that healthy organizations are built on healthy people, and that investing in employee wellbeing is one of the most powerful things a business can do. By partnering directly with employers, she removes barriers to access and brings a warm, human-centered approach to workplace wellness that goes beyond a standard benefits package. She is also currently expanding her work to include behavioral science tools that support team dynamics and leadership development, adding even more depth to what she brings to organizational clients.

All services are offered in a respectful, judgment-free space with sensitivity and discretion. Client privacy and confidentiality are treated with the utmost care, whether Pamela is working with an individual navigating a personal challenge or an organization supporting its people through change. She is an active member of the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, 100 Women Who Care, and Sanctuary Friends Network. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Treatment Committee within the local sober community, reflecting her deep commitment to recovery support and community wellness.
