FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers are located in Crestview and Niceville and are outpatient physical therapy clinics serving the Northwest Florida community with personalized, hands-on rehabilitation and wellness services. Our clinics are especially known for their expertise in balance and vestibular therapy offering specialized services that are not always widely available in the area. Our balance and vestibular program is designed to evaluate and treat dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and fall risk. Using evidence-based assessment tools and individualized treatment plans, our therapists help patients regain stability, confidence, and safety in their daily activities.

We also provide comprehensive pelvic floor therapy for both women and men, addressing conditions such as pelvic pain, urinary or bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and core dysfunction.
