Founded by Guido Tremolini and Simona Faroni in 1996, G.S. Gelato is the largest gelato manufacturer in the United States, proudly based in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. We craft authentic Italian gelato, sorbetto, and non-dairy frozen desserts for foodservice and retail brands across the country.

Our roots run deep in Italian tradition. G.S. Gelato was built on the first-ever imported Italian gelato-making equipment in the U.S., and that heritage still shapes every batch we produce today.
