**Invictus Counseling LLC** is a specialized mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals overcome anxiety-related challenges and build lives guided by courage, resilience, and personal values. Our team provides evidence-based treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), panic disorder, social anxiety, phobias, generalized anxiety, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), perfectionism, and related conditions.

At Invictus Counseling, we believe that meaningful change occurs through compassionate, collaborative care paired with proven therapeutic approaches. Our clinicians are trained in treatments such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based interventions designed to help clients regain confidence and move toward the life they want to live.
