JWC Consulting

JWC provides Employment Services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Okaloosa County. We provide career readiness training to students, and we connect job seekers with employment opportunities in our community. It is my mission to get people out of the house, off government assistance, and contributing to our local economy. As an advocate for people with disabilities, I want everybody in our society to have the opportunity to work, and to live a productive, meaningful life. I am proud that I have helped over 200 adults with disabilities find employment across the Florida Panhandle; and the reason I have been successful is that I realize that in order for it to work, the relationship must benefit the business as well as the individual. And there are so many benefits. I am blessed to call Okaloosa County my home. The support I have received from businesses in this community is truly inspiring, and together we are creating connections that strengthen our community. There is still a lot of work to do, so I look forward to joining the Chamber and achieving great things together.
