About
We offer trauma-informed training and support to families, professionals and the community by educating, encouraging and equipping them with evidence-based models of care. We teach on the effects of childhood trauma and offer practical tools/support to help children and families thrive. In our community, we offer in-person and online Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) trainings, support groups, family events, retreats, and (TBRI) nurture groups.
TBRI is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of children who have experienced adversity, early harm, toxic stress, prenatal substance exposure, and/or trauma. Because of their histories, it can be difficult for these children to trust the loving adults in their lives, which often results in perplexing behaviors. TBRI offers practical support for parents, caregivers, teachers, or anyone who works with children, to see the whole child in their care and help that child reach his highest potential.
Ultimately, by empowering caregivers and children with trauma-responsive tools and offering opportunities for them to connect and build healthy relationships, we are helping children have better outcomes. Our mission of helping vulnerable children find their value is about healing families and breaking the cycle of generational trauma. -
