Hilton Reveals 2023 Thrive Sabbatical and Thrive Reset Winners
Local MARY ESTHER team member among winners of top Hilton benefit
[MARY ESTHER, FL] – [04/27/2023] – Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced its 2023 Thrive Sabbatical and Thrive Reset winners, recognizing 20 individuals overall. Thrive Sabbatical gives Hilton’s team members the opportunity to take time off to live a dream by pursuing a passion, give a dream by helping others or develop skills to deliver even better stays for our guests. Among this year’s winners is Quennie Pearl and the Hampton Inn & Suites Mary Esther- Fort Walton Beach.
This year, Hilton also expanded the initiative to include the new Thrive Reset program. This new experience provides the opportunity to pause and recharge for all Hilton team members, including those at franchised properties. Ten selected team members will receive one week of paid time off and $2,000 USD.

Quennie Pearl was recognized for her contributions to the high satisfaction levels of the Hampton Inn & Suites in Mary Esther. “We are so proud that Quennie is among this year’s Thrive Reset recipients,” said Akhil Bhakta, general manager. “Each day, we look forward to providing outstanding customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests and Quennie is an incredible example of that spirit in action.”
The THRIVE RESET also comes with a significant prize package. Sabbatical winners receive one month of paid time off and $5,000 USD/ Reset winners receive one week of paid time off and $2,000 USD. Thrive Sabbatical Award originally debuted in 2018. Since then, Hilton has expanded the initiative with Thrive Reset.
