SimpleHR is looking for a full-time experienced Payroll Coordinator based in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Florida area.

SimpleHR is looking for a full-time experienced Payroll Coordinator based in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Florida area.
Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll records for various clients on a fast-paced schedule
- Analyzes PTO and payroll data, prepare reports & process time sheets
- Accurately calculates tax withholding and payments
- Acts as a main point of contact for clients regarding payroll inquiries
- High School Degree & a minimum of six months experience of payroll experience
- FPC Certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Detailed oriented, self-motivated & organized
- Strong customer service, communication & phone etiquette skills
- Managing benefit deductions is a plus
