SimpleHR is looking for a full-time Courier & Facilities Maintenance team member based in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Florida area.

SimpleHR is looking for a full-time Courier & Facilities Maintenance team member based in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Florida area.
Responsibilities:
- Drives company vehicle to deliver payroll packages, documents, and supplies to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Collects client payments, paperwork, and other materials as needed.
- Picks up, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provides excellent customer service and serve as a professional representative of the company.
- Performs routine building maintenance and minor repairs to help maintain a safe and organized workplace.
- Helps maintain company vehicles by ensuring they are clean, fueled, and serviced as needed.
- Assists with front desk duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read directions and GPS coordinates.
- Ability to maintain maintenance logs and records.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a professional appearance and attitude
- Basic building maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools.
